I am the author of many scientific publications on disability in the context of the labor market. I have been a person with a disability since birth. I have been living with and managing my disability for many years. By setting an example, I inspire and motivate others to work hard. Professionally and scientifically involved in the topic of professional and social activation of people with disabilities and disadvantaged groups. Since 2014, a graduate of, among others, the Kozminski University in Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin – doctor of social sciences in the field of management and quality science. Specializes in business consulting for companies in the field of employing people with disabilities and settlements with PFRON. Trainer with many years of experience in training dedicated to companies and institutions that implement good practices in the field of communication, service and savoir-vivre in contacts with clients with special needs. Accessibility coordinator, trainer in accessibility projects carried out for the Ministry of Justice or Public Transport Employees.
